Nathaniel Clyne – Liverpool

Liverpool right-back Nathaniel Clyne’s solid work rate is one of the many reasons manager Jurgen Klopp’s side have started the 2016-17 season so well (5-1-1).

Playing every minute in the campaign so far, his movement up the right flank and passing ability has helped drive the Reds’ attack. Liverpool have scored the most goals (18) and taken the most shots (135) of any club in the Premier League so far this season.

For Liverpool to press the opposition and hold a high line, the team will need strong defenders at the back and Klopp has just that with Nathaniel Clyne.
