Chelsea are set on trying to bring in a target man before the window closes. With news of a possible transfer ban coming into place for the London club they are exploring some interesting options, but an English man who will be cheap seems to be the way they are going. Switching one end of London to the other is not often done directly but it could happen this time. Oliver Giroud is possibly the most underrated striker in the Premier League. He can head it, smash it and has quick feet yet he does not get the time of day to have a prolonged run in the team. He has have racked up 177 games and scored 73 goals which is incredibly impressive; he has also finished the season in double figures every year at Arsenal.
