2Alexis SáNchez Doesn’t Want to Be at the Club
Throughout the year of 2017, Arsène Wenger constantly promised us that Alexis Sánchez and Mesut Özil would be signing new deals at the Emirates. Neither did and as we enter into 2018, it’s almost a guarantee that one of them will be leaving, if not both.
Alexis Sánchez especially has made it clear that he doesn’t see himself having a future in North London. Reports plagued 2017 that the Chilean was causing mayhem in the dressing room and bringing down team morale. Arsène Wenger’s refusal to let him go in both summers didn’t sit well with the 29-year-old and he’s revolted ever since.
