Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is seemingly still keen on adding players to his squad despite the size of it.
He ideally wanted them before the club’s tour of America, but that did not transpire. However, here are seven players he should consider from Bundesliga to help make it 21 league titles in the 2017/18 season.
7Leon Goretzka, Schalke 04
The 22-year-old has been on the radar of many European sides for a long time now and looks like he is starting to release that potential.
The lanky centre midfielder is fresh from a Confederations Cup win with the national side where he earned an incredible number of plaudits for his silky, graceful and delightful performances. He can play in the heart of midfield or further up as a CAM, and he contributed five goals and two assists last season.
His output is an area of his game he will want to improve, but if he continues to dictate the play, then fans will not worry too much. With Arsenal majorly interested in him it would be shrewd of Mourinho to steal him from under the nose of Arsene Wenger.
