Arsenal are all set to kick start their Champion League journey with the impending encounter with Croatian giant Dinamo Zagreb, who have returned to the competition after two years.

Following a convincing victory over Stoke City, Arsenal have traveled to Dinamo Zagreb in the hunt of more victories to compensate EPL’s disappointments. They have to collect points before they encounter Bayern Munich next month to win Group F.

The task of beating Bavarian giants seems to be difficult, but Gunners’ supervisor Arsene Wanger hopes it to be eased down after the expected wins against Zagreb and Olympiakos.

Arsene Wanger’s boys will take on Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday at Makisimir Stadium, Zagreb. The game will be kicked off at 7:45 pm and the viewers can catch it live on BT Sports.

The Gunners enter the encounter occupying the fourth slot on the EPL rank chart. Meanwhile, Dinamo comes into the encounter staying unbeaten for 41 games since November.

Arsenal: Though Per Mertesacker has cleared a fitness test Arsenal may choose to save him for the next EPLl fixture against Chelsea.

Midfielders Jones Wilshere, Danny Welbeck and Tomas Rosicky are the other major absentees for the Gunners.

Zagreb: Zagreb must be without striker Goncalo Santos, who is yet to complete his suspension. The former United striker Angelo Henriquez rather expects to join Zagreb squad to substitute Santos.
