Despite Manchester United finishing 2nd in the league and Chelsea 5th, they suffered defeat in the F.A Cup final and have had many critics about their style of play as opposed to Chelsea’s. So what five Manchester United players would be more suited to Chelsea’s style of play?
2. Phil Jones
The ball-playing centre-half has struggled once again with injuries this season, but he did make the final 23 man squad play for his country in Russia. Both Gareth Southgate and Mourinho do like Jones, but England and Manchester United have different styles. Chelsea play similar to England with three at the back and Jones could fit into a back three with ease due to his ability of being comfortable on the ball.
