One of the oldest leagues in Europe, The Italian Serie A, is in its 116th Season. It has been one of the most competitive Leagues in European football, and yet, none of the previous Serie A winners or any other team were able to put on a decent fight against the 7th consecutive title chasing Juventus. But, things have changed drastically since the end of last season giving out a possible Serie A of old.

4. The Old Lady – Juventus

One could be forgiven for thinking Juventus will not pose a threat in the Serie A now that Bonucci and Dani Alves have left. Think again, as they are a team hunting for their 7th consecutive Serie A title. The loss of few important players, wouldn’t blunt their chances.

With the addition of Szczesny from Arsenal, Juventus have consolidated their Goalkeeping situation for the next decade or so. Add in the tricky Douglas Costa and Federico Bernardeschi to the hard working, reliable Matuidi and Sciglio; we have a team which could win the Serie A.
