Fiorentina midfielder, Mario Suárez is back on the radar of Premier League giants Liverpool, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
Liverpool were interested in signing the player in summer when he was at Atletico Madrid, but he decide to snub the move to Liverpool in favour of Fiorentina.
The 28-year-old, who has won three cups for his national team, has not played for Fiorentina since his bust-up with manager Paulo Sousa.
Reports now emerge that Fiorentina might sell the player, with Liverpool being said to be interested.
Suarez has played just four games this season.
Suarez spent five years at Atletico and was part of the team’s Europa League and La Liga triumphs.
New Liverpool Jurgen Klopp is said to have impressed with Suarez’s skills like his former Brendan Rodgers.
