Manchester United are reportedly eyeing Holland’s teenage defender Jeremiah St Juste, who currently plays for Dutch football club Eredivisie.

St. Juste, born in Groningen, has represented the Eredivisie club since making his debut in January against SBV Vitesse.

The Daily Star has revealed that United boss Louis van Gaal is keen on adding new youth talent in his squad and St Juste is on the Dutch manager’s radar. According to the newspaper, Van Gaal has sent scouts to Holland for observing the young defender’s live action and progress.

The 18-year-old has played four international games for the Netherlands at youth level.

On the deadline-day of summer transfer business, Man United surprised football world by completing the signing of Anthony Martial for £36 million – a record-breaking transfer fee for a teenager player in the sport’s history.

However, the 19-year-old has proved his worth by scoring a brace in his first Premier League start for Manchester United to help the club record 3-2 win at Southampton.
