Manchester United and Ipswich Town will go head to head for the first time since 2002 in a third round tie of League Cup at the Old Trafford on Wednesday.
The Red Devils are heading into the competition in hunt of their fifth title triumph while Ipswich are yet to lift a trophy.
United endured an inconsistent start of the season and are yet to register back-to-back wins in all competitions. They defeated Southampton 3-2 on the weekend to move second in the Premier League standing and their boss Louis Van Gaal will hope his boys to overpower their Suffolk counterparts to build a winning momentum.
Ipswich, on the other hand, have enjoyed an impressive start of the season and managed six wins from their first nine games in all competitions.
The Tractor boys have reached in the third round of competition for the first time since progressing into the semi-final in 2010-11.
Team News:
Van Gaal is expected to make a number of changes in his side for this game.
Sergio Romero is likely to guard the goal in place of David De Gea while Phil Jones, Andreas Pereira, James Wilson and Jesse Lingard will be also in line to feature the Red Devils.
Ipswich boss Mick McCarthy is also likely to ring the changes.
Kevin Bru and Ryan Fraser are expected to return to the midfield after recovering from their respective injuries.
Goalkeeper Dean Gerken, who is recovering from a groin injury, will be assessed ahead of the game.

McNair, Romero; Valencia, Carrick, Blind, Rojo; Lingard, Pereira; Fellaini, Herrera, Young.
Ipswich:
