Who will be the top scorer in this season’s Champions League?
We take a look at ten players who will be lighting up scoreboards around Europe in the coming months.
7JAVIER HERNANDEZ – FW – BAYER LEVERK– — USEN
Javier Hernandez has led an exciting and sometimes frustrating career since arriving in Europe in 2010.
His time with both Manchester United and Real Madrid saw impressive goal-scoring ability, but a difficulty finding consistent minutes on the pitch.
Injuries have also occasionally caused problems for Hernandez with both his club team and the Mexican national team.
But since joining Bayer Leverkusen last summer, Chicharito seems reborn. Under manager Roger Schmidt’s borderline crazy attacking formation, Hernandez scored 26 goals across all competitions and looks primed for even more success in 2016-17.
