2Cesc Fàbregas
Despite being one of the most creative players in Premier League history, Chelsea fans have never really taken a liking to Cesc Fàbregas. Most cite this disenchantment to the Spaniard’s lack of defensive work rate, especially in terms of tracking back.
Last season, as Chelsea limped to a 5th place finish, Cesc only directly contributed to 6 goals in 32 PL appearances. That’s not good enough from the most creative player in the league. In truth, if the Spaniard wants to save his career, he must join a team where he’s judged solely on his attacking contribution, not a defensive contribution.
