For all the wondrous attacking football Liverpool played last year, they still only managed to finish fourth in the Premier League. Granted they reached the UEFA Champions League Final, but with the starting XI they’ll have for the 2018/19 season, they could do the treble.
Here’s how Liverpool could line-up for the 2018/19 season.
10RW: Mohamed Salah
This man was simply scintillating for the Reds last season, scoring 43 goals and providing 14 assists. Salah was effectively the talisman for Jürgen Klopp’s team, and without him, they wouldn’t have achieved half of what they did.
It was rumoured that Real Madrid would be looking to put in a bid for him, but Liverpool has branded him as indispensable.
