It has been a busy summer of transfer activity for Leeds United so far with a host of new players arriving at Elland Road. The likes of Ergjan Alioski, Samuel Saiz Alonso, Vurnon Anita, Caleb Ekuban, Mateusz Klich, Cameron Borthwick-Jackson and Felix Wiedwald have been added to Thomas Christiansen’s squad as he looks to build on the foundations put in place by Garry Monk in The Championship next season.

However, despite spending a reasonable amount of money already this summer, it would be no surprise to see further additions before the end of the transfer window with another centre-back and a striker high on the list of priorities. We have taken a look at how United could potentially be lining up next season.

5Central Midfielder: Eunan O’Kane

Eunan O’Kane

Many will see the inclusion of O’Kane in Leeds’ potential starting line-up for next season as a weak link, mainly because he is not a well-known name. However, the 27-year-old proved last season under Monk that he can be a very good player at this level. He made a total of 24 appearances last season, with a majority of them coming towards the end of the campaign. He will be looking to have a bigger involvement this time round.
