Manchester United kicked off their 2017/18 Premier League campaign in the best possible way with a 4-0 win at home to West Ham United. Jose Mourinho will have been delighted with his side’s performance as goals from Romelu Lukaku in either side of half-time and late strikes from Anthony Martial, and Paul Pogba were enough to claim all three points.
It was always going to be a tough ask for Slaven Bilic’s side, and not many teams will come away from Old Trafford with any points this season.

9Eric Bailly – 7
We may well see the best of the 23-year-old defender this season, now that he has had a year to settle down with life at Old Trafford. He joined United for a fee of around £30 million last summer and is starting to prove his worth. Bailly remained solid throughout the match and barely gave West Ham’s forwards a sniff.
