10. LB: Kieran Tierney (Celtic)
19-year-old super-kid Kieran Tierney shot to fame last season with his maturity and composure.
However, this season you can see more of an attacking threat to his game. He is reaching the by-line more consistently and doing his best to feed the strikers in the penalty box.
Tierney is also becoming more and more defensively reliable with each passing game.
Playing against the likes of Raheem Sterling and Neymar will significantly contribute to his development. However, with a new Adidas contract to his name and multiple Scotland call-ups, Tierney’s rapid rise is continuing every week.
